Core-Aeration reduces compaction in the lawn by removing 1" plugs of soil throughout your lawn. This will cause the soil to expand, which reduces compaction and promotes root growth of grass. Combining aeration with Over-Seeding or a Treatment and it enhances the effectiveness! 

De-Thatching is performed when grass roots have become too thick above the soil line. Thatch will prevent water and nutrients from actually reaching the soil. De-Thatching is best done in combination with aeration for its best effectiveness.

With colder temperatures coming,  the growth of the unwanted weeds will soon follow, and nobody likes those! Weed Treatments are a quick and great way to reduce weeds in your lawn.
